Orders shipped to some international countries will have import taxes (VAT/other charges) added at the point of entry to the delivered country. Unfortunately this isn’t a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on potential additional charges due.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is a big part of our brand so if something is not right with your EXO dancewear we want to hear from you.

 

At EXOdanse we pride ourselves on our craftmanship and provide great care and attention to each garment from cutting to construction. However, if an item arrives faulty then we will provide either a full refund or an exchange. Please contact a member of the team via email within 14 days of your purchase to arrange your return via email (sales@EXOdanse.com).

 

If your dancewear arrives and is the wrong size we can offer an exchange only. Please contact a member of the team within 14 days of your purchase to discuss via email (sales@EXOdanse.com).

 

Please note we only accept items that are unworn, with their labels and swing tickets still attached (as supplied). We will not accept returns for any item worn for class, photoshoot or exercise.
